Absentee Ballot Request

In September 2010, Secretary of State Brian Kemp announced that Georgia is ready to meet all the requirements of the federal Military and Overseas Voters Empowerment (MOVE) Act, which will make the voting process for military and overseas citizens faster, more efficient, and more reliable. Starting with the November 2010 General Election, Georgia's military and overseas voters will be able to access an absentee ballot online, 45 days before Election Day.
